Dan Clarton: Hey, so it’s Dan Clarton from REinvest Homes. I’m out in Maywood today, and despite the coronavirus, we were able to not only get a final water read, but a final inspection. Both of the guys came out from the village wearing masks and gear, and I think the only reason we were able to get this done was in fact because the property is vacant. But that said, it looks like we’re able to get this thing closed. We got a brick bungalow here and it’s due to close on Monday. So God willing, everything will fall into place and we’ll get the back end of this flip closed next Monday. Have a great day everybody.
